M.L. King Intermediate School

Board honors Arbor and M.L. King students for collaboration

Posted Date: 4/16/25 (4:09 PM)

Congratulations to students in the Arbor and Martin Luther King intermediate schools’ self-contained classes, who were recognized by our Board of Education for their collaborative work! Students from both schools read the book “Wild Robot,” then got together at Arbor to create group projects that detailed and illustrated their visions for the ideal robot. The students presented a video about their projects to the Board at its April meeting and were presented with certificates by Board President Shantell Cherry. The students were supported at the meeting by Arbor Principal Heather O’Donnell and teachers from both schools.
