Thank you to Martin Luther King Intermediate School 4th-grader Jazir Daniels-Johnson and his mother, Brittany Sanders, who donated a dozen school-themed “tissue box couches” to the school! These decorative items, hand-made by Jazir’s late grandmother, are a welcome way to brighten up teacher desks around the school. Accepting their generous gift are Assistant Principal Janell Smolk and Principal Andrew Kehoe.
